When do tickets go live?
> Wave 1 [Sold out] - Tuesday, March 4th at 12pm EST.

Where can I resell my ticket if I cannot attend? - If you’re no longer able to make it, please use the official GroupMe resale chat to exchange tickets at face value. (Always verify identity and watch out for scammers.) Reminder: Reselling above face value is strictly against school policy—and it goes against the spirit of our community. Plus, this is a charity event—so don’t be a jerk. Keep it fair, sell at face value. Uphold the values that make Fight Night such a special cause.

Can guests buy tickets for the event? - Yes. non-student guests can attend and are welcome to purchase tickets. Please note this is a 21+ event.
Does the Palestra's ticketing website impose a processing fee - Yes, this is automatically applied at checkout and is unfortunately unavoidable.

2025 FIGHT NIGHT FAQ
Where is Fight Night? - The Palestra, 223 S 33rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19104. The main entrance is on 33rd St. just past Shoemaker Green. Look for signs directing you to the door for your ticket type.
What time does the event start? - Doors open at 4:00 PM. Be sure to arrive early to ensure you and your friends get a good seat!
How do I get my wristband? - You get the wristband corresponding with your ticket tier put on your wrist after getting your ticket scanned at the doors of The Palestra. Wristbands will not be given out at the After Party. You MUST get a wristband from The Palestra to attend the fight and the After Party.
Are there assigned seats? - Not aside from ticket tier, so show up early with your friends!
What do I need to bring to the event? - Valid Government ID and your digital ticket. You will exchange your ticket for a wristband (that is valid for both the event and the After Party) at the Palestra door.
Is there a dress code? Black tie. If you are not in proper attire, you may be turned away at the door.
How long is each fight? - Each fight will feature three rounds of boxing, with two minutes per round.
Is there re-entry? - No, there is no re-entry.
Will food be available? - Yes, typical concession food will be available for purchase; VIP ticket holders will have access to light catered snacks.
Is there an open bar? - Only at the Weigh-In. Fight Night itself, along with the After Party will have cash bars. VIP ticket-holders will receive two drinks tickets for use exclusively at the VIP/Premium designated bar at the Palestra.
I bought a ticket from a friend, how do I get updates? - Please work with your friend since only the original holder will receive updates.

What are my transportation options after the event?

Free buses from the Palestra to the Fillmore will operate on a continuous loop from 8pm to 10pm, departing as soon as they are full. Please refrain from eating or drinking on the buses.
2025 After Party FAQ
Where is the After Party? - The Fillmore
Can I go to the After Party without a Fight Night ticket? - No. Your Fight Night ticket/wristband provides entry to both the Palestra event and the After Party. There is no separate admission to the After Party. You must go to the Palestra to pick up your wristband. NOTE: If you purchased a 'Palestra Only' ticket, your ticket does NOT include admission to the After Party.
What do I need to bring to the After Party? - Everyone will need to have a U.S. Government ID or valid passport in hand (no digital copies or international IDs will be accepted at the After Party venue. If an ID is expired, guests can provide their email update from the state DOT).
Why is there a line at the Fillmore - The Fillmore reserves the right to stagger or withhold entrance to the After Party based on crowding. We recommend arriving on time to expedite your entrance.
How do I get to the After Party from the Palestra? - Buses will leave from the Palestra to The Fillmore following the last fight. Alternatively, take an Uber/Lyft.
What time do the doors open? - The doors to the After Party are scheduled to open at 9:30 PM. If you're early, you can grab a drink at Brooklyn Bowl next door.
What time does the event end? - 2am.
How do I get home from the After Party? - There will be no arranged transportation from The Fillmore. You will need to make your own arrangements.
Is there a bag check or coat check at the After Party? - No bag check, please note the specific requirements for all bags: clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags (maximum size: 12"x6"x12") OR small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (maximum size: 4.5"x6.5"). However there is a $5 coat check.

2025 Weigh-In FAQ
What exactly is Weigh-In? - Weigh-In is a chance to meet the fighters and see them and their entourages face off before the actual fight. Drinks! Pizza! , raffle and entertainment will be provided!
Where and when is Weigh-In? - March 27, 5:15pm - @ The Armory Access included with all tickets- Doors open at 5:15pm
Who can attend Weigh-In? - All ticket holders, including Palestra Only, are welcome. Additionally, all pub members (regardless of whether they have a Fight Night ticket) may attend. If you are neither a Pub member nor a Fight Night ticket holder, you can pay $15 at the door of The Armory to attend the Weigh-In.
What is the Weigh-In dress code? - Casual!
What do I bring? - Don't forget your Valid Government ID! IDs and tickets will be checked at the door.

2024 Outcomes
Penn Fight Night 2024 brought together over 3,300 attendees from all 12 Penn graduate schools, with 20 student fighters representing Wharton, the Medical School, Law School, Dental School, Engineering, Social Policy, and Veterinary Medicine. Beyond the competition, the event made a lasting impact on the Philadelphia community, raising $115,000+ for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia, delivered in-hand in May 2024 and through direct donations.The Boys & Girls Clubs recognized this partnership as a consistent and vital source of funding, directly supporting STEM education, literacy programs, and mentorship for over 1,300 at-risk children.
