Penn Fight Night returns to the Palestra for a black-tie evening of elite student boxing, full-scale production, and philanthropy in action. Each year, hundreds of graduate students from across 12 Penn schools come together to support the Boys & Girls Club of Philadelphia, making Fight Night one of the University’s most impactful student-led events.Fight Night is a three-part experience: the Weigh-In, the Fight, and a star-studded After Party featuring [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] making it one of the biggest, longest-awaited, and loudest nights at Penn. You won’t want to miss it.

The Palestra, 223 S 33rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19104. The main entrance is on 33rd St. just past Shoemaker Green. Look for signs directing you to the door for your ticket type.What time does the event start?
Doors will open at 4:00 PM. Be sure to arrive early to ensure you and your friends get a good seat!How do I get my wristband?
You get the wristband corresponding with your ticket tier put on your wrist after getting your ticket scanned at the doors of The Palestra. Wristbands will not be given out at the After Party, or anytime before the fights at The Palestra. You MUST get a wristband from The Palestra to attend the fight and the After Party.Are there assigned seats?
No assigned seats aside from the area of the arena that corresponds to your ticket tier, so show up early to sit with your friends!What do I need to bring to the event?
Valid Government ID and your digital ticket. You will exchange your digital ticket for a wristband (that is valid for both the event and the After Party) at The Palestra door.Is there a dress code?
Black tie. If you are not in proper attire, you may be turned away at the door.

No, you may not leave and re-enter the Palestra under any circumstances.Will food be available?

Only at the Weigh-In on 3/26/2026. The Palestra and the After Party at the Fillmore will have cash bars. VIP ticket-holders will receive two drinks tickets for use exclusively at the designated bars at The Palestra.I bought a ticket from a friend, how do I get updates?
You must work with your friend to make sure you have the latest updates; only the original ticket holder will receive email updates. You can also check @pennfightnight on Instagram for any last minute updates.Where do I sit?

What are my transportation options after the event?
Buses from the Palestra to the Fillmore will operate on a continuous loop from 8pm to 10pm, departing as soon as they are full. Access is free for anyone with an event wristband. Please refrain from eating or drinking on the buses.

Where is the After Party?
The Fillmore (29 E Allen St, Philadelphia, PA 19123)Can I go to the After Party without a Fight Night ticket?
No. Your Fight Night wristband (given out only at The Palestra) provides entry to both The Fights and The After Party. There is no separate admission to the After Party.
Note: If you purchased a 'Palestra Only' ticket, your ticket does NOT include admission to the After Party.What do I need to bring to the After Party?
Everyone will need to have a U.S. Government ID or valid passport in hand (no digital copies or international IDs will be accepted by the Fillmore staff. If an ID is expired, guests can provide their email update from the state DOT).Why is there a line at the Fillmore?
The Fillmore reserves the right to stagger or withhold entrance to the After Party based on crowding inside the venue. We recommend arriving on time to ensure you are not waiting outside.How do I get to the After Party from the Palestra?
Buses will leave from The Palestra to The Fillmore following the last fight. They will run on a continuous loop for as long as is needed. Alternatively, you can take an Uber/Lyft.What time do the doors open?
The doors to the After Party are scheduled to open at 9:30 PM. If you're early, you can grab a drink at Brooklyn Bowl next door.Is there a bag check or coat check at the After Party?
No bag check will be offered. Please note the specific requirements for all bags: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.

There is no arranged transportation from The Fillmore. You will need to make your own arrangements.
What is Weigh-In?
